How to Support NoTalent Multigaming

By making a donation to "No Talent Gaming" you help ensure that our servers and forums remain online, that is why any amount you donate to us will be much appreciated by our members and server regulars. If you'd like to make a donation to No talent Gaming, please click the donate button below and send funds directly to our "No Talent" PayPal account.

If your donation is over £3, as a gift in return for your help, you will be rewarded with a reserved slot for all the No Talent Public Gameservers for 3 months. Donations over £5 will be rewarded with a reserved slot for 6 months on all our Public Gameservers.

In order for us to enable this reserved slot is vital that you enter your STEAM_ID in the correct format. If you don't, your reserved slot can not be set up!, and you will have to contact us by posting on our forums or via pm or e-mail.

Your Steam_ID must be in the following format. STEAM_X:X:XXXXXXXX

After we have received your donation Our Admin team will attempt to set up your reserved slot asap, though this may take some time. Once active, you will be able to use our servers with your newly aquired reserved slot even when they are full. Unless they are full with other reserved slot holders, though this is unlikely.

Reserved slots apply to all our servers, and will also stop you from being redirected from one server to the other in the event it fills up.

How do I find my STEAM_ID?

The guide below will show you how to Find your STEAM_ID in game and how to use it to get a reserved slot on the No Talent Public Servers.

Your STEAM_ID will be in this format: STEAM_X:X:XXXXXXXX

Use the console in game to find your ID using the status command

The in-game console?

First, start up any multiplayer steam game ie: TF2, CSS or CZ.
In most games the console will only work if activated through options.
Go to: Options / keyboard / advanced... and click on the option "enable developer console"

console

This should now have activated the console key.
In order to summon the console, find the tilde key (~)
The tilde key is usually the one located in the top left corner of your keyboard, under the escape key

The console:
The console is used to execute commands through the game, and can be used for many things.

  1. to use it to find your STEAM_ID, First Join a game server (full or empty)
the status command doesnt work without a connection to a server, though this can be a lan connection
  2. Open up the console with your ~ key and type "status" into your console and hit enter.

You should get something come up on the console like this:

There is rather a lot of information there, but the only thing we need from you is your steam_id.

The status command lists the ID of every player on the server, to save confusion, join an empty one
I have highlighted my steam_id, find your in game name from the list and you will find your own id to the right of it.
