I'm not very good...you could say I have NO TALENT

« on: July 31, 2010, 08:17:04 PM »

See title.

Me? I would say...absolutely nothing XD I haven't really enjoyed a film in the cinema since The Fantastic Mr. Fox... which was a while ago.

In Bruges has to be my favourite film... it's bloody funny; as evidenced by the below video:

It's a love. Would love to see a sequel but that seems unlikely.

SERENITY

All other films are now officially meager in comparison!

+1

After Joss Whedon's Avengers film is a MASSIVE hit, I hope to see more studio backing, they should finally give him the support and budget he deserves!

I take it you've not seen all my sprays? I'm a browncoat through and through and Andman is DEFO a browncoat ^_^. It was the tv show first then serenity. I'm a big fan of anything that has Joss Whedon involved in any capacity.

lol asking Andman if he's heard of Firefly is like asking me if I've heard of Cadbury's Dairy Milk... and there's a very good reason I've put on four stone in three years ^_^

I'm looking forward to "The Last Airbender" (much as I love Avatar, it would have been so good if they'd named it something else so they didn't have to use that title) I just hope it's not a disappointment like the dreadful "Golden Compass" (at least they didn't name it Northern Lights and ruin the name of that book) glad they named it by the daft American title.

the beard is a lie.

in bruges is brilliance, so offensive and yet so funny ( contains extreme swearing and graphic violence btw )

firefly / serenity are all good if a little confusing as they tried to cram a years worth of plot into the film

I tend to watch TV shows rather than movies on DVD, but if I had to pick, it would be a Lord of the Rings marathon. I also like Evolution (David Duchovny and Sean William Scott).

In Bruges is a brilliant film btw.

By questioning me with incorrectness you have brought onto yourself a world of pain. Most of it coming from a bearded gun loving mercenary with a girl's name (Though if you start with the whole girls name thing he'll show you good and proper he's got man's parts!)
